Amanda started her life dancing at the tender age of 3. Dancing turned into a lifelong passion and she can now be seen performing in the bay area and beyond. Dancing soon lead her to teaching. She started teaching dance based fitness, boot camp, and strength classes. When that wasn’t enough she continued on with her love of movement. This led her to wander down the yoga path of exploring breath, movement and life. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2007. Amanda believes that at the core of our beings we are all athletes waiting to be challenged, craving feedback and coaching to move us to a higher level of fitness. She loves connecting with people and gently encouraging them towards progression, accomplishing and surpassing the goals they have set for themselves.
