Board to Ball (springboard x-training)


This class is taught by:
Board to Ball (stability ball) is a Rogue & Saint creation that will help you find balance, while conditioning long, lean muscles, and burn up body fat while improving your postural alignment. This class is sure to challenge the mind & body to overcome weakness at the same time developing strength and stamina in its connection. 
The stability ball is used to develop body awareness, and improve postural integrity in conjunction with exercises using the springboard to help create lean body mass. Combining the two together will generate a fat melting, balance building furnace!
