This bootcamp-style class takes Pilates to a whole new level. Set to upbeat and motivating music, incorporates props, cardio intervals, and proven fitness techniques to keep your heart rate up, burn calories, and make you sweat while continuously challenging and toning your core and other major muscle groups.
