Michael Guidry instructs the following:
  • Rogue Body Signature (Bootcamp)
  • A 75-minute full body Bootcamp class will begin with a 5 minute warm-up sequence - followed by an absolute limit pushing 65 minute Interval Weight Training sequence integrating High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) on treadmills that will leave you with a sweat. Class ends with a 5 minute cool down.
    Combined with interval strength training using suspended pull-up bars, resistance bands, calisthenics / body weight exercises and free-weights, The Rogue Body Signature classes are designed to push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!
     
     
     

  • Guns, Delts & Abs (Bootcamp)
  • A 55-minute Bootcamp class focusing on your arms, shoulders and abdominals that begins with a 3 minute warm-up sequence - followed by an absolute limit pushing 45 minute Interval Weight Training sequence integrating High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) on treadmills that will leave you with a sweat. Class ends with a 3 minute cool down.
    Combined with interval strength training using suspended pull-up bars, resistance bands, and hardcore free-weights, Rogue Bootcamp will keep your body in a constant state of “shock and confusion” stimulating your metabolism so your body will keep burning calories even after your workout!

  • Tread & Shred (bootcamp)
  • A 55-minute Bootcamp class focusing on Full Body movements that begins with a 3 minute warm-up sequence - followed by an absolute limit pushing 45 minute Interval Weight Training sequence integrating a special choreographed Treadmill sequence that will get your body shredded. Class ends with a 3 minute cool down.
    Combined with interval strength training using suspended pull-up bars, resistance bands, and hardcore free-weights, Tread & Shred will keep your body in a constant state of “shock and confusion” stimulating your metabolism so your body will keep burning calories even after your workout!

  • Pecs & Lats (Bootcamp)
  • A 55-minute Bootcamp class focusing on your back & chest muscles that begins with a 3 minute warm-up sequence - followed by an absolute limit pushing 45 minute Interval Weight Training sequence integrating High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) on treadmills that will leave you with a sweat. Class ends with a 3 minute cool down.
    Combined with interval strength training using suspended pull-up bars, resistance bands, and hardcore free-weights, Rogue Bootcamp will keep your body in a constant state of “shock and confusion” stimulating your metabolism so your body will keep burning calories even after your workout!

  • Board to Ball (springboard x-training)
  • Board to Ball (stability ball) is a Rogue & Saint creation that will help you find balance, while conditioning long, lean muscles, and burn up body fat while improving your postural alignment. This class is sure to challenge the mind & body to overcome weakness at the same time developing strength and stamina in its connection. 
    The stability ball is used to develop body awareness, and improve postural integrity in conjunction with exercises using the springboard to help create lean body mass. Combining the two together will generate a fat melting, balance building furnace!
