Each 55-minute Bootcamp class held in the Rogue Studio is led by a certified trainer & fitness guru. Your workout begins with a 5-10 minute warm up sequence to insure that every student is preparing their body to burn fat and calories in the safest & most effective ways possible during their sweat session. After warm ups, the bootcamp begins! Our trainers will work your body to its absolute limit within a 45-50 minute session, split between Interval Weight Training, & High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) on treadmills.
Our Bootcamp is designed keep your body in a constant state of “shock and confusion” by alternating between the two workout styles, which will stimulate your metabolism so your body continues to burn calories even after your workout & during rest days.
