Designed as a comprehensive plan for elite athletic conditioning, participants in the Elite Program will alternate Rogue Bootcamp 3 times per week with Saint Pilates 2 times per week; the frequency of each workout switches the following week (Saint 3x, Rogue 2x), and then back again. The Elite Plan ensures that you’re getting the greatest benefits from both Bootcamp and Pilates while keeping you mentally in the game and committed to weeks of progress as opposed to sporadic days of training.
